With the Ibanez Premium AZ42P1-PBE Prussian Blue Metallic, Ibanez is sending a modern all-round guitar into the race for all guitarists who value excellent playing characteristics and a rich sound. While a basswood body and a bolt-on roasted maple neck in the typical "AZ Oval C" are used for the usual agile AZ design, Seymour Duncan Hyperion humbuckers with dyna-MIX10 circuitry provide a wide sound spectrum with the right sound for almost every genre. Last but not least, Ibanez completes the premium AZ42P1-PBE Prussian Blue Metallic electric guitar with high-quality Hardware from Gotoh.

With a design optimized down to the smallest detail for modern playing techniques, the Premium AZ42P1 promises particularly agile playing characteristics. While the body made of lime wood impresses with its ergonomic shape and excellent balance both on the strap and on the thigh, the "Super All Access Neck Joint" allows unhindered access to the highest registers. The perfectly proportioned "AZ Oval C" profile of the bolt-on roasted maple neck also sits comfortably in the hand, so that every solo and riff can be performed with ease between the 24 stainless steel frets.

Ibanez chose two Seymour Duncan Hyperion humbuckers with beautiful chrome caps as the pickup for the AZ42P electric guitar. Thanks to the moderate Output, the Alnico humbuckers deliver a particularly transparent sound image with first-class dynamics, which guarantees a precise representation of every note in both the clean and overdrive channels and can be shaped via the playing technique. The pickups are also controlled via the dyna-MIX10 circuit, which provides a total of ten top-class timbres via a 5-way switch and alter switch.

The premium AZ42P1-PBE Prussian Blue Metallic electric guitar from Ibanez is equipped with high-quality Hardware from Gotoh. The popular Gotoh T1502 tremolo serves as the bridge, which is particularly smooth to use thanks to its 2-point suspension. The steel string saddle not only underlines the lively sound character of the guitar but also guarantees an optimally adjusted string action and intonation. On the headstock, Gotoh MG-T tuners with a practical locking function ensure robust and precise tuning, even after frequent use of the vibrato lever.
