This amplifier was hand build in the Corona California Custom Shop. It looks and sounds amazing! It is in great shape. It looks as good as any new amplifier we get in stock from Fender!! The ‘64 Vibroverb Custom amplifier is a modern interpretation of a Fender legend. With this amp, guitarists can enjoy the original Blackface Fender tones heard on countless Country, Jazz and Rock recordings. Then, with the flip of a couple of switches, “modify” the amp to create cranked-up tones bristling with sustain and harmonics. These Vibroverb modifications were perfected by César Diaz, world famous “Amp Doctor,” who worked closely with Fender during the inception of this new model. Original 1964 Vibroverbs are hard–to–find collectables, and are particularly prized by players who enjoy the “Texas Blues” style.
