About This Listing

Here is a 2010 Ernie Ball Music Man Albert Lee Signature MM90! Includes the trem bar, original hardshell case and a bit of paperwork. This is a pretty rare example, with a solid rosewood neck and El Dorado Gold finish! I have only been able to find a couple other examples like this, and it seems like it was from a dealer-exclusive limited run. If you search the serial # (G50006) via the EBMM website, it confirms this guitar, but doesn't mention a whole lot of identifying info. At any rate, what a beautiful guitar. The neck feels glassy smooth and super comfortable, and the pickups are amazing! Pretty much dead silent, too, which is nice! No hum or buzz (at least at my house). They are extremely clear and sound very chimey/bell-like. They have the output and punch you'd expect from P90s, but with a Strat-like articulation on the neck pickup and a Tele-like twang and cut on the bridge pickup. It's a very dynamic guitar, and plays great with low, comfortable action. I've listed some highlights below, but if you visit the EBMM website they have more in-depth information!

  • Medium-Full C-shaped neck profile w/ depth measurements of .86" and .95" @ the 1st and 12th frets.
  • Compensated nut that measures 1-5/8" (1.64") wide.
  • Schaller M6 locking tuners.
  • 10" radius board w/ medium-tall frets (they look and feel like stainless steel but I can't confirm 100% because the EBMM website doesn't specify).
  • 25.5" scale length (like Fender guitars).
  • 5-way pickup selector switch, 250k pots w/ a .047 tone cap.
  • 8.2 lb. Very comfortable and well-balanced whether you're standing or sitting.

Condition: This guitar is in exceptionally-clean condition and appears to be all original with no modifications. Everything functions as it should with no apparent issues. The frets look pretty much factory fresh and don't show any discernible wear. There aren't any noticeable nicks, dings or scratches that stand out to me on the body or neck, either. If you really put it under a magnifying glass (so to speak) and hold it under direct light you may be able to find some sort of minuscule cosmetic imperfections like surface "swirling" marks, but I'd confidently call this guitar near-mint. The only notable item of condition I can find to point out and highlight are two very feint, tiny finish stress cracks on either side of the neck pocket corners. This is extremely common to find on guitars with bolt-on neck designs. Definitely not anything to be concerned about, but I wanted to point it out since the rest of the guitar is SO ridiculously clean and basically free of blemishes or play wear!

*Note - Upon receiving the guitar, please let it acclimate to room temperature before opening the case and removing it. Since we’ve just come out of the winter months, it may still get cold during transit, and it's best to let the guitar slowly adjust back to a normal indoor temperature before starting to play it. It's especially important with nitro-finished guitars to prevent lacquer checking/cracking. As always, when a guitar is being shipped to an area with a different climate, it's best to let it settle in for a few days before having any necessary setup adjustments made (if any) by a competent tech to fit your personal preference.

Please message me with any questions or concerns before submitting offers and/or payment and I will be happy to help. This guitar will be packaged extremely well using a heavy duty box and plenty of packing material to ensure it's safety during transit. It will also be insured for the full value. Signature required upon delivery. Sold as-is, no returns. Thank you!
