Vintage Crate CR-45. 45 watt two channel amp with reverb. All original and works great. You can use a foot pedal to change channels and turn reverb on and off. (I used an old Digitech footswitch with a balanced 1/4" cable)
Small chip in the volume knob as seen in the picture.
