The PortaBass 250 Head offers traditional Ampeg tone and quality in a compact unit with 250W of power. This is an original USA-made Ampeg unit.
Gain and Master volume knobs allow plenty of drive control, while 4-band EQ—in addition to Ultra-Low, Ultra-High and Mid-Shift switches—let you dial in your perfect sound.
Rear-panel features include Speakon and 1/4” outputs, Effects Send/Return, plus a balanced XLR line out w/ level control and Pre/Post selector.
