About This Listing

1984 Ibanez Roadstar II RS 530 Deluxe

With original hardshell case.

100% original.

Down to the very last screw.

Every tuner

Every knob

Every strap button.

Ibz pickups are hotter than hell and no crackle in the pots.

Double locking tremolo system. All parts functional.

This was a one owner guitar who had it as a backup. Hence the pristine condition. Mainly lived in a case (case has stickers) and has been there since about 1990. Has some mojo, but that doesn't mean I am selling a beat up guitar. Not a chance.

This guitar was taken care of.

I want to list this guitar as excellent, but I know that some would cry foul. The finish has honest/modest play wear. The black finish is a mirror everywhere except for where the players fingers rubbed under the pickups while strumming.

Frets show some playwear but no dead spots. Action is low. Set up with Ernie Ball 9-42

Intonation is good.

No major dings, dents, scratches, breaks or repairs. Just honest play wear.

I love the roadstar II series. I have never played a bad one. Specs can be found online but this is my appraisal for this particular guitar.

Thank you for looking.
