This is one of at least 6 guitars made in 1867, with only 2 more years of guitar fabrication in Sevilla, before he moved to Almeria.
Antonio was 50 years old when he fabricated this guitar.
Separate pieces attaching the top to the sides, a fine grain spruce widely spaced cut kerfing liner attaching the back to the sides. The construction of the rosette is very similar to a rosette on an 1877 Segunda Epoca Bandurria, which I have on file.
Primera Epoca means First Epoch.
Repaired and cleated top (8 – mostly small), side, back cracks (5).
