Despite its age (1975) this item is In a superb cosmetical condition and works really fine!
All is functional. Two speeds are available and you can use either 110V/60Hz or 220/50Hz. It comes with an empty spool.
There's just a little dent on the wooden left side, but nothing structural, see photos.
