About This Listing

This guitar is in great shape and is a real joy to play. There are a couple of small finish dings which I have tried to document in the photos. The tuners have been replaced several times (notice old screw hole locations on back of headstock) but the current machines are brand new and came off of a different Ibanez. Someone drilled a screw hole too deep on the machine for the B string, which can be seen on the front of the headstock. The other hardware is all original. The bridge is missing the two little nuts that hold it in place when the instrument has no strings, this doesn't affect it's function at all so I never tracked down replacements. There is a little brass pick holder mounted on the side of the guitar which I find very helpful.

I love this guitar and find it to be extremely comfortable to play. The tummy cut, small body size and 24.75 scale make it feel really easy to play. Out of all of my guitars (Gibson, Fender, Ibanez, etc.) this neck is my favorite. Frets have been recently leveled, crowned, and polished and a new bone nut installed. It is set up for a low action (around 4/64ths) and strung with .011's, I believe NYXL currently. Pickups are the original Super 70's. They are pretty high gain but the neck pickup can also be split to single coil with the mini switch, offering a lot of tonal versatility. I primarily play jazz/low gain so I usually roll back the volume in humbucker mode or just use the single coil.

I don't have the original hard case but I can ship with a random, cheap hard case or gig bag if desired.

Weighs 8lbs 13oz

Original "PF-300" truss rod cover will be be included. I always dislike truss rod covers but I'll re-install it before shipping.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions!
