Overall condition is Very Good showing wear, scratches, light checking and chips as you would expect to see in a 75 year old guitar.
This is an incredible sounding and playing guitar with very low action for a vintage acoustic, optimal neck relief, a tight neck joint and is currently set up with 10-50s.
This is one of the easiest playing Jumbo Acoustics you will find for sure!
