The Taylor T5z Pro is an incredibly versatile hollowbody electric guitar that is visually stunning and super easy to play. The compact hollowbody design makes this guitar super comfortable to hold and the 24 7/8" scale length makes it easy to create those difficult jazz chords as well as navigate the fretboard with ease.

Master guitar builder Andy Powers has given the T5z pro models a makeover, including a beveled armrest and repositioned volume and tone knobs which will feel more intuitive for electric players.

Electric players will feel right at home with the jumbo frets and 12 inch fretboard radius, allowing easy string bends and flawless soloing. Acoustic players will love the ease and feel of the super slinky neck.

The opportunity to allow musicians to blend both electric and acoustic sounds together makes this instrument an essential part of any guitarists' setup. The Taylor T5z Pro Cayenne Red blends acoustic and electric sounds like no other guitar can. Producing a natural acoustic voice with the active soundboard on its compact hollowbody design, this guitar uses three pickups: an acoustic body sensor, a concealed neck humbucker, and a visible bridge humbucker. The T5z Pro Cayenne Red has dual compatibility with both electric and acoustic amps due to its innovative crossover design, and with the convenient five-way switching guitarists may change over from acoustic sounds to electric tones in an instant.

The T5z Pro ships in a deluxe hardshell case.
