Little Big Muff op-amp version, which dates it to around 1978 and somewhere in the Muff circuit version 4-5 era.
In perfect working order and has the back, all screws work fine. It sounds fantastic and huge. Scuffs on top but back and sides are good.
I‘ve only used this in my smoke- and pet-free home.
