This vintage receiver (stamped 1976) is fully serviced and recapped with top quality audio components. The fuse style lamps have been replaced with LED's. The speaker terminals have been replaced with good quality banana jacks. All the controls (potentiometers) have been cleaned/conditioned with Deoxit for static free operation. It has a few small scratches on the cover and the faceplate is almost perfect so I'd rate it 9.5 out of 10.
After rebuilding, I've been using it as my primary for about a month. One word description: Sweet! I paired it with Pioneer CS-88A's and 77A's for a full, warm sound that Marantz are known for. Finally, due to it's age, it's being sold AS IS.
