BOSS CE-2W Chorus Waza Craft Guitar Effects Pedal

BOSS is celebrating four decades of pioneering guitar effects with the Waza Craft CE-2W Chorus, a special edition pedal that pays homage to the company's very first stompboxes. The CE-2W recreates the iconic sounds of the 1976 CE-1 Chorus Ensemble and 1979 CE-2 Chorus pedals that changed music forever.

Classic Analog Circuitry, Modern Versatility

At the heart of the CE-2W are analog bucket brigade delay lines that provide the rich, dimensional sound that made the CE-1 and CE-2 legendary. Standard mode delivers the CE-2's mild, shimmering chorus familiar to '80s pop and rock. CE-1 mode summons the CE-1's lush stereo chorus and vibrato, with a new depth control for fine-tuning modulation. Stereo outputs give the CE-2 chorus a spacious quality for the first time. Whether you're after a subtle thickening or sea sick pitch-wavering, the CE-2W has you covered.

Premium Design and Components

In honor of BOSS's 40th anniversary, the CE-2W is handcrafted in Japan using premium components selected for their tonal excellence and durability. Its rugged metal chassis and knobs are built to withstand years of stomping, while circuitry tweaks reduce noise for crystal-clear modulation. For discerning tone connoisseurs, the CE-2W's immaculate construction and lush analog sounds make it a must-have.

Simple Interface, Endless Inspiration

With just three knobs for Rate, Depth and Mode selection, the CE-2W is blissfully easy to operate. Find your perfect setting in seconds without wading through menus or presets. The CE-2W puts BOSS's signature spacious chorus tones at your feet, ready to inspire guitar parts both retro and futuristic. Add subtle movement to chords, hypnotic warbles to arpeggios or a shimmering halo to solos. Crank up the Depth for seasick pitch shifts á la Andy Summers. However you use it, the CE-2W is sure to spark your creativity.

Built for Life on the Road

Road-tested and ready to tour, the CE-2W features a durable metal chassis and footswitches built to last through years of shows. It runs on a 9V battery or optional power supply, giving you maximum flexibility. Add this handcrafted, limited edition pedal to your board and you'll have a story and a sound that will endure for decades to come.
