About This Listing

1930's Maybell. Very sweet little guitar that is in real good shape for its age. Consider this guitar a bit of a project as it would certainly need a new saddle and probably benefit from a neck reset to be perfect. Plays ok as is. Action is 1/8" at the 12th fret. Has a real pleasing tone as is, but this guitar would be a great candidate for an x-brace conversion. Looks all original to me except for the low E-string bridge pin. A bunch of dings and scratches but I am not seeing any cracks. Neck is tight to the body and amazingly straight. G string tuner a bit stiff. I hope this goes to a good home. Will be shipped in a chipboard case for extra protection. Shipping USPS to continental US only. No international bidders please. Ask any questions as there are no returns. Thanks.
