Danelectro 6/12 Double Neck 2020 -NOS Mint Gold Sparkle

IBought Last Summer 2023 NOS from Mike's Music in Newport, Ky.

It's probably from 2020 or 2021 as there was no 6/12 Doubleneck in the Danelectro Carlos for 2023. Mike said it was NOS.

Mint condition comes with the Danelectro gig bag.
Had both necks set up and intonated. they both play and sound great

But.....

The 12 string alone is worth the price of admission alone! It's set up perfectly plays like butter and stays in tune forever! tell me a twelver that you know of that does that!!

I know you can now buy a brand new 2024 Dano doubleneck for $899.

I played one at NAMM in January Tge finish looked cheap and it played terrible

I paid $1200 plus $100 shipping to California for it in August because it just looks so cool with the gold sparkle finish and sounded so good! Then I paid $150 to have both necks set up and intonated so I have $1450 into it

Decided I really want a Gretsch Tennessee Rose so that is the only guitar I would trade for plus cash on my part.
