This triple Lollar Firebird (FB3) Knaggs Severn is one of my all time favorite Knaggs. The Lollars provide clarity and bite and the 5 way switch with additional push push tone pot that adds pickup combinations allows MANY great voicings. This guitar can do it all.
The build sheet shows the specifics:
Alder body, cocobolo fretboard with dot inlays, nickel hardware, Gotoh locking tuners, T2 flame maple neck, T2 flame headstock veneer, 7.8 lbs.
The third pickup, T2 woods, cocobolo fretboard, gloss finish and special wiring are all additional cost upgrades over standard. I ordered it with a "shorty" pickguard too. That way the knobs are not mounted on the pickguard and it is routed differently too. I prefer the appearance that way. I custom ordered the matching parchment back covers from Dave Hazel of Knaggs too.
This guitar is in beautiful condition and plays and sounds terrific.
