This was my first of 3 Frank Hartung guitars. I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I first purchased this beauty but I now understand what all of the hype was about. The lines created by the radical design are not only beautiful but they contribute to a more comfortable and ergonomic feel. I'm not sure if it's the straight string headstock or some other magic voodoo but bends, especially in the lower frets are very easy. The burst and finish, in general, are amazing. The pickups and hardware are exactly what you want for a vintage-inspired single cut guitar. The neck shape is not a huge neck and does have a U shape with lots of shoulder. measuring 0.90" 1st fret, 0.97" 12th fret. It is in excellent condition with the hard case also excellent condition and Certificate of Authenticity. The "Worntage" finish is Frank's aged finish. Dents, dings, finish checking, and aged hardware. Very well executed, as you would expect from Frank, and definitely not over the top. This guitar has the lightest aging I have ever seen. FYI, Frank is a one man shop who hand makes a few instruments a month. Frank confirmed that the guitar body is "very old Honduran Mahogany, very rare and hard to get." $4750 FREE SHIPPING
