2. Seymour Duncan SH-2 Jazz (Neck) pickup), 4-conductor wiring.,

3. Two (Volume) Push/Pull potentiometers w/.002 mf cap treble bleed mod on each.,

4. One (Tone) potentiometer.,

5. Chrome Barrel Output Jack w/Black Rubber Washer & Brass fastener nut.,

6. All wire necessary for installation.
