2023 Martin D-18 Authentic (1937) with VTS top. It is a great guitar. Action is good and plays easily. Plenty of saddle available if you want to lower the action. I'm only selling because the dread size is just too big for me now.
I can't see any significant issues. There is a very small finish divot (from factory) in the rosette. Its about the size of a small pin head. I tried to photograph it, but it doesn't show up very well due to its very small size. It doesn't bother me at all (have to really look for it to see it), but I like to be overly descriptive in my listings.
