Direct replacement for vintage style drop in “rocking” bridge
Not a replacement for TOM or AOM style bridge
Polished 360 Brass bridge with 303 stainless steel saddles
52 mm string spacing
73 mm post spacing
Adjustable 1/4-20 bridge height screws (Allen wrench included)
Soft tip set screws for locking down the height adjustment screws, solving a common problem with JM bridges (Allen wrench included)
Bead blast finish on saddles to help them better lock in with the wound strings, improving stability of the bridge
Set string radius of 12” - non adjustable to eliminate vibration problems with 12 tiny set screws.
Saddles fit tightly in the bridge to eliminate any side to side movement or annoying vibrations.
This bridge, like any piece of hardware, will perform best on a guitar that is set up well. Here is a great article with some tips.
I highly recommend a slighter thicker string gauge (I prefer 11s but 10s can do the trick) and a neck shim to give you an increase in down pressure on the bridge.
