Vintage 1984 Ibanez Roadstar II Comet RS135 - Comet Blue with Matching Headstock

I’m sure if you’re looking at this, you know what it is. For those who have stumbled across this, these guitars are an absolute hidden gem.

Selling my Ibanez Roadstar II Comet. This is the RS135 Comet series in comet blue with matching headstock. The guitar plays so well. The neck is straight and frets are in incredible shape. I’d say 90% fret life left. The pickups sound so full but still have that classic woody single coil tone! The truss rod has plenty of movement either direction. The quality of these guitars is incredible. Beats the socks off of Mexico and even some of the USA fenders these days!

Comes with the original case (and case key 😎) missing the Trem arm. I gave the guitar a complete setup a couple weeks ago. Cleaned, re-stringed, neck adjusted, and intonation. strings are D’Adarrio exl 110’s 10-46.

Guitar has cosmetic flaws but nothing major. no cracks, breaks, or repairs. See pictures for dings on the upper part of body. Multiple finish swirls and light scratches. The pickups and finish are aging nicely. The pickups covers already have a nice green to them.
