This is a single bracket used by Tama on their Swingstar and Royalstar series drums for mounting rack toms and floor tom legs.
These are clean, with minimal wear for their age. Perfect functionality, not warped or stripped. Complete with original wing nut and 2 mounting screws (with the now-unobtainable thread Tama used back then).
