About This Listing

2014 Gibson LPJ 120th Anniversary that started life as a fireburst finish but got an upgrade with gold refin, upgraded 57’ classic PAF pickups and gold knobs also possibly wiring harness upgrade as well with CTS pots and orange capacitors but not sure, all before I acquired it. Has the look of a 1968 goldtop studio if that were a thing. I contacted Gibson to confirm make and model after noticing it didn’t seem stock. Great guitar that plays well And sounds amazing. Everything works And functions as it should. Has normal wear but much happened before the refin as there’s a small ding on the headstock and slight buckle rash on the back but has been painted over(see photos). Overall would make a great addition and or gigable workhorse.

Product Overview
The Gibson LPJ Electric Guitar places the mythic feel and tone of the Les Paul at an attainable price range for a rocking Les Paul that won't gouge your wallet. One of the first appointments that jumps out on the LPJ is the pair of '61-style Zebra humbuckers that nail the sough-after PAF tone which made the model famous in the first place, and a satin chrome stopbar and Tune-O-Matic bridge keep your intonation in line and sustain at max. Finished in smooth satin, these guitars are all classic Gibson looks and sound at an Epiphone price.
