Rainbow Guitars is very excited to announce the return of the Jackson Custom Shop Guitar of the Month Soloist, that we did last in 2017, with reversed headstocks and Matching Painted Headstock logo. The 2023 Custom Shop Soloist features an unpainted back of the neck for maximum speed whilst shredding, a Rainbow Guitars designed control layout that makes changing pickups while soloing a breeze, stunning colors with matching colored logos, and 2 pickup configurations to choose from – HS and HH. The Hum/Single version is powered by a DiMarzio Tone Zone in the bridge and a Fender Texas Special in the neck, while the 2 Hum version is driven by the “tried and true” JB/59 combination. The Texas special offers a lively, bright single coil sound that is a great contrast to the meaty Tone Zone, and the most authentic “famous single coil guitar” sound I've ever heard from a Jackson. Jackson guitars are build for shredding and can prove difficult getting a realistic clean tone, well this Soloist design nails the clean tone incredibly well. Finished in some vibrant colors and finished off with offsetting Chrome hardware.
