For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1948 Martin D-18.

Just in is this wonderful sounding 1948 Martin D-18. It came to us in excellent condition from a large collection needing only a neck reset, bridge reglue and saddle. It is free of cracks and, aesthetically, this guitar shows some very minor signs of its wear, most notably around the sound hole and pickguard and a string winding scratch on the headstock. Overall it is in pretty great condition especially considering it is 76 years old.

Whether you're a flat picker or finger stylist, you're going to love how this guitar feels in your hands, and how it responds to what you put into it.  It has a soft V-shaped neck that is ergonomically pleasing, playing loud and clear up and down the fret board without buzzing or rattling. No evidence of breaks or a refret. The fingerboard shows plenty of playing but no dead spots or major divots.
