About This Listing

  • Here’s an absolute sleeper cymbal! It’s dark and very smooth sounding with a gorgeous Full Crash tone and robust bell - especially for an 18”. It’s one of the most versatile cymbals I have.

  • This harder to find  golden goddess perfectly blends warm, very dark, low pitched and very strong stick articulation with a more controlled smaller 18” size.

  • Fully lathed and Hand Hammered in the Traditional fashion giving it a stunning warmth.

  • Weighing in at 1853 grams, this Traditional yields a pronounced chime-like stick attack that is wonderfully low pitched, especially for a 18”, and cuts quite well while still remaining dark and very warm.

  • The 18” size gives it a quick response and a fairly fast decay so it does not muddy up your tone on the kit.  It gets out of the way faster than a larger sized cymbal.

  • Incredibly smooth!

  • The bell is incredibly solid - especially for an 18” Hand Hammered cymbal.  I mean it’s really strong.

  • This 18” Traditional is so low pitched that it can easily pass as a 20” or 21” and can be your main ride. Or use it as a smooth Left Side Ride with drier leanings.  It’s very controlled and sounds beautiful even at low volumes.

  • Crash on it for a robust FULL Dark Crash. It could easily live its whole life as a Dark Crash - that is if it wasn’t such a great Ride.

  • Perfect for low to loud volumes.

  • No issues.  Golden glow with a patina starting to build.

  • Unbelievably versatile. The only one I’ve ever seen.
