Final Notes:
Fret Leveling and Spot Leveling: Most people believe that fret leveling is only necessary for worn-out or when new frets are installed. This is not the case. Almost ALL Guitars need some degree of fret leveling from the factory, yes, I dare say, even the Pleck'd ones.
About the stringing schedule: This instrument "sang" best with the gauges now installed after much experimentation. Also, playing an instrument shouldn't hurt. I don't know where the idea that acoustic guitars should be strung to the point of unplayability, but that's the way we have been conditioned to think. If you must string it, or any acoustic guitar, with more tension, please do not exceed Gauges 12-54 at the most! More tension than that can, and likely will, choke some or much of the life and tone out of the instrument, to say nothing of it being unnecessarily hard to play. I get nervous when a set of gauge 13-56 is considered "medium" gauge strings.
The Guitar will receive a final inspection & hand polishing before shipment.
Thank you all, and best wishes.
