- The Japanese guitar brand "moon" brings out the sound of wood to the utmost limit.

moon" was the first company in the world to systematize the concept of components in electric guitars, and has evolved and shaped the demanding requirements of numerous musicians. The "sound" that players seek depends on their playing styles, genres, sensibilities, and even lifestyles.

With the evolution of electric guitars, basses, and electronics, the style of popular music itself continues to change in a variety of ways. As the importance of the more analog aspects of music is being reevaluated today, we are committed to pursuing new possibilities by using carefully selected bodies and necks, emphasizing the natural sound of the wood, and keeping the fundamentals of the instrument in mind.

Each instrument is made to order and assembled according to individual orders, with the body fully dried, the neck processed, and the neck painted. We do not increase the pace of build-up, but carefully manufacture to maintain the quality of the product.

We take pride in creating great music with more players.

- Ultra-thin all-lacquer coating" to take full advantage of the sound of the wood.

It is difficult to say that "thin" is better than "lacquer," but Moon Guitar's coating is not only aesthetically pleasing, but it also does not affect the sound of the wood.

Of course, this coating is not impact-resistant, so scratches, dents, and cracks will gradually appear as the guitar is used, but this is also a part of its charm. A guitar is a "tool," so the more it is used, the more it will develop its own unique flavor. The habits of the user will affect the appearance of the instrument and make it your own. We hope you will enjoy the guitar for a long time.

- C-shaped neck with natural grip and slightly flat fingerboard R

Lacquered neck back with a slightly glossy texture. Slightly thinner C-shape.

Moon Guitar's necks are hand-tested by craftsmen, and they fit well with the player's senses and boast the best playability.

The fingerboard surface is a slightly flat 12.20". This specification makes it easy to lower the string height.

The fingerboard is flat, but it goes well with the natural neck grip, so it is a great match,

We would like to encourage those who sensibly think that a rounded fingerboard is better to pick it up.

- Finally, a custom-made model designed to be a practical Telecaster! -Moon Guitars

Moon Guitars' Telecaster type "TE-Classic" is an easy-to-use model even in its regular version. The sound is so different from the regular model that it changes the image of the TE-Classic. We are convinced that this is one of the correct answers.

The regular spec of TE-Classic uses a 6-string saddle. This is a standard specification for a modern tele style, as it allows for precise octave tuning of each string. However, we feel that there are many people who like the look and sound of the 3-string saddle even if the octave tuning does not match exactly. Therefore, in our previous order, we specified spiral steel saddles on the TE-Classic with 60s style alder body and rose fingerboard. The spiral steel saddle was very well received, with a moderately cohesive sound and a Tele-like appearance.

For this order, a brass triple saddle was specified for a wider sound rise and range.

GOTOH "In-Tune" saddles were selected for their excellent octave tuning performance.

I was well aware of the acoustic characteristics of the brass saddles, but when I tried the completed guitar, I was astonished to find that the sound was twice as different as I had expected. The sound was pleasantly metallic, as if it were bouncing, and the rise of the sound was very pleasant. At the same time, the sound of the wood, which is "only possible with Moon guitars," has been added, creating a tone with warmth, depth, and a sense of three-dimensionality.

It is a good sound that surpasses the image of brass saddles up to now!

The front PU is a magnetic polepiece version of the OXALIS P-90, which was custom-ordered for this order.

If you are dissatisfied with the sound quality of the P-90, please give it a try. This single coil PU has a well-balanced sound quality that is different from Jazzmaster PUs, and has a good amount of power.

Our #58771 has been selected for its color and parts with black as the base color. We are confident in its appearance! It looks cool, doesn't it?

We also have 4 more of the same specs and color on order, not yet in stock as of February 9, but if you are interested, please contact your Moon Guitar representative!
