Up for sale we have a 1980's Antares BC Rich Bich copy in Natural finish with original hardshell case. The guitar is in very good used condition overall showing moderate cosmetic wear throughout with small dings, dents, scuffs and scratches throughout the instrument. The back panel has been replaced and there are a few extra holes drilled into the guitar, an extra strap button added to the bass side horn and one of the tuners has two extra holes drilled (perhaps one of the tuners was replaced for a time but returned to original). All other parts are original to the guitar to the best of our knowledge. It's structurally sound with no cracks, breaks or repairs. There is a hairline crack in the finish on the treble side of the neck pocket, this is only finish deep and does not extend down into wood (see photo). This Bich copy features a 24 3/4" scale length, solid body with that classic Bich shape, equipped with a pair of humbucking pickups each with a dedicated volume control and a master tone control, 3-way pickup selector switch, chrome hardware and an adjustable Tune-O-Matic style stop tailpiece bridge. The medium sized bolt-on Mahogany neck features a full C-shape profile measuring .870" deep at the first fret and 1.00" deep at the twelfth fret. Width at the nut measures 1 11/16". The bound Rosewood fingerboard features a 12" radius, white dot inlaid fret markers and 22 medium jumbo frets. The frets show very little visible play wear and have lots of life in them. The truss rod is accessible at the headstock and functions as it should. The neck is nice and straight and plays great, notes ring clean and clear up and down the fretboard with no dead spots. The guitar weighs in at 9 lbs. 6 oz. Will be properly packed with care prior to shipment. In-store trades only. Thanks for looking.
