This is a TV Jones, made in the USA, Brian Setzer Signature Neck Pickup.

It's a Universal Mount model and has the ear attachments installed already. If you don't need them, just unscrew them. The pickup is super clean and works and sounds exactly as it should. This pickup will only ship with 2 ears (installed), 2 screws and 2 springs. There is no original packaging or manual.

The pickup has long leads and is ready to be installed.
