This is a partscaster project I made using genuine Mexican fender parts. The body and neck are both deluxe telecaster parts. I used a vibramate bracket to attach the Bigsby, so no holes were drilled on the top for it.
The neck pickup is a Porter smooth humbucker and the middle is a tele-sized P-90 by Porter. The bridge is a Seymour Duncan Little 59 humbucker.
I am pretty proud of how this project turned out. It plays well, has some unique sounds not normally found on a telecaster, and I even had it professionally set up by my local shop. I just thought is was time to clear some inventory and move on to the next project. Just a warning that because of all the hardware, this guitar is on the heavier side (about 9 lbs). I also needed to arrange the pickup switch differently since I didn’t account for the windings of each pickup.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I am including the Roadrunner gig bag shown in the pictures with the purchase.
