Recently semi-restored 50s parlor. Plays with low action, neck has a hair too much relief, but this is acceptable as all frets ring true save for 13 on the low E. A refret and replane of the board would be the cost effective way, but these guitars don't have much fretboard to begin with, so best to live with it.
