The Plush 1000s amps are one of the best bang for your buck amps out there. They sound as good as, and are much closer circuit wise to a 60’s era black panel Fender than many of the silver panel amps Fender was putting out. Not only are the circuits more accurate to vintage, with a few extra goodies like a slave out, but the potentiometer tapers are much closer to the taper of the pots used in mid 60’s Fenders. This one even had the output transformer replaced with a vintage, genuine Fender OT by Schumacher. Tube driven Spring Reverb, optical tremolo, and a quad of 5881s help this head sound lush and full with big, piano-like cleans, no matter what speaker cabinet you plug into. Since it’s a head, it’s much easier to transport than if it was a gigantic combo with two speakers added.

Most of these Plush amps need a thorough service, as this one did when it first came in. It has since had all of the service already completed for you. No scratchy pots, no strange noises, etc. All of the filter caps have been replaced, tube sockets and pots cleaned, installed a fresh quad of burned in, matched 5881’s and replaced the V1 preamp tube. All work is guaranteed by Grind Amplification. It’s ready for its new home and is now available for purchase. Come check it out
