Tube preamplifier and overdrive designed by B. K. Butler during the time he worked for Dean Markley.. Please note that Overlord is equipped with its own grounded power cord and runs on typical 120VAC current. This well designed and constructed device basically makes any amplifier sound fantastic. Drive knob provides a range of sound from a subtly distorted boost to full distortion. Three band EQ might be the best feature of this device. It provides the flexibility to boost or cut bass, midrange and treble frequencies. Built to last in 1988. Tube is easily swapped & doesn’t necessarily have to be a 12AX7, if less gain is desired.
Pedal is in perfect working conditio. Cosmetic wear is visible with 3m Velcro on the bottom for pedalboard mounting.
