This is a killer example of a Les Paul Jr. Style guitar. Ken calls it a ‘56 Jr. style, which is agree with. The neck is a chunky, but not baseball bat C-Shape. Similar to a Gibson ‘59 profile. If you’ve seen Ken’s guitars, you know he’s a friend of the relic, so while it’s “mint,” it looks and feels like it’s been played for 60 years. It has a mahogany body, flame maple neck, paper in oil capacitor, and a Tone Specific P90 that SCREAMS. It’s one of the most articulate and smooth pickups I’ve ever heard. OHSC included. On my kitchen scale, she’s between 8lb 5oz and 8lb 6oz.
Let me know if you have questions or offers! I might entertain a trade for an EBMM Albert Lee model or some PRS stuff with cash on either side as needed. Maybe other stuff, but those are my primary interests.
