Technics SA-8100X 1974 - Wood cabinet

This thing is in near mint condition. Look at last picture. There's a few small little swirl like scratches on the top(it's sad). Just a extremely nice receiver for its day. The quadraphonic capabilities make this very unique and puts it at the top of the line of Technics. That mentioned yes this a four channel receiver that is also an 8 channel. You have the 4 in main and also the four in remote. There's fine adjustments on each side of each channel. It's like having a surround sound receiver in 1974. All light bulbs work as well as all meters are functioning. The only thing I did notice in the controls is when switched onto mono for awhile then switched back off to stereo there's a bit of static. That's still there with intensive cleaning. This is all original with no upgrades.
