About This Listing

Couldn't tell you an accurate age, but exact les paul shape with an open book headstock - definitely from before the 1977 Lawsuit Gibson filed against Ibanez.

As a result of being 40 odd years old it shows a good amount of chips and dings, but overall in decent shape.

I've probably spent more time than I should have on this but you can see I've swapped the hardware over to gold as these came with chrome. Fretted with extra jumbo frets, bone nut and Iron Gear Steam Hammer in the bridge and I think Hot Slag in the neck - I was going for a Mick Mars vibe and it's set up with 11's in D standard to get that early Motley Crue thing going.

It really has no right being as good as it is since these were pretty bad guitars out the factory but us crazy techs can work wonders when there's a well made body & neck
