Nady TCM 1050 condenser microphone, unused and without aluminum box but tested and working. John Nady, an American, created several audio systems including wireless microphones in 1976. Google Nady Audio Systems for further information. The TCM-1050 and the Apex 460 can be modified and upgraded with a different vacuum tube, condenser capsule and printed circuit board (pcb) to style them after a U-47 and the frame, body and basket...both heavy-duty...are often used by DIYers and by commercial condenser microphone fabricators to make mics for themselves or for resale. The Nady and model logos are easily removed, unlike the serial number which is laser-etched into the metal. A reinforced cardboard box will include the power supply which has had its Zener diodes replaced to lower the capsule voltage, the rather long multi-pin microphone cable, the shock mount and the microphone itself. Boxed weight = 8 lbs. and box dimensions = 12 L X 10 W X 9 H
