This is the original Floppy Drive Power Cable for the Yamaha A4000 and A5000 series rack mount sampler series.
It has a small 2-pin connector for the power supply connection and standard floppy power connector on the other (only uses the 5v leg) - NOTE that a regular floppy power cable doesn't work in these unless you modify one end!
This was only removed when I updated one of my units to a zip drive, so no longer needed. It's a must-have if you're taking one back to stock with the floppy drive and don't have it!
