This is truly a unique device.
It is a tape delay unit, produced in a single exemplar between 1984 and 1985 in Soviet Union.
It has been carefully handled, hence it's in good working condition.
As seen in the photos, there is a Dynacord label on the front panel, however, such a Dynacord model does not exist. This was a creative handiwork when the diy master himself imagined and painted it. In those days, Dynacord was the epitome of quality, hence perhaps the inspiration.
As you can see in the photos, it's a serious device based on tubes. The echo sound is very smooth and warm, enhanced by the characteristic tape distortion of vintage units.
In my opinion, the device is in very good cosmetic and working condition for its age. Objectively speaking, my recommendation to the new owner would be to replace the tape itself, as it has not been changed for several years and tends to produce slight tape noises in certain areas where it's worn.
The potentiometers are quiet on moving.
There is one 5-pin DIN socket serving as a combined input/output. I will include a Y-type cable as a 5-DIN adapter, splitting into two mono 1/4'' jacks for input and output connectivity.
This is a great opportunity to acquire a piece of equipment that is unique in the world, and it will certainly enrich any studio both visually and sonically :)
