About This Listing

The 'F' model is what you might call the Lowden Auditorium model with a body that is only slightly wider and deeper compared to an Orchestra model. Extremely suitable for fingerstyle, with good balance, but also very powerful and strong enough for rhythm playing.

This F35 has a top made of AAAA Sinker Redwood. Sinker Redwood originates from California and is extracted from 1000 to 2000 year old trees that have fallen naturally and been preserved underwater for centuries. The sound is breathtaking. The typical recognizable piano-like Lowden sound is very distinguishable by the unique warm, defined and rich sound palette of the AAAA Tasmanian Blackwood.

The construction and finish of this F35 are of the high quality that we have come to expect from Lowden. The 5-piece mahogany/rosewood neck with 'GL Standard' shape meets the body at the 14th fret, while the maple purfling-finished ebony fingerboard continues its way across the top until it meets the soundhole with a beautiful curve.

This Lowden comes with TFOA passport in an Ameritage hardshell case.
