1983 Guild F212NT 12-String Acoustic Guitar w/ OHSC

Today, for your consideration - a 1983 Guild F212! This beautiful naturally finished 12-string sounds as great as it looks and has an action lower than you’ll find on most modern 12 strings. We are blown away by how comfortable this is to play and consider it a miracle that the original owner, whom we purchased it from, kept it detuned when stored and played it exclusively tuned to D standard. There are no cracks in the instrument and no considerable markings other than finish that has been worn through on the neck. This is not an impression. The neck feels smooth to the touch on the back, but the stain has been worn through considerably. The instrument is entirely original and comes with its original case and owner’s manual as well as a set of brand new strings.
