20" A. Zildjian Small Stamp Ride Cymbal (1952g)

This 20" cymbal sounds incredible (see sound file video). It still has some shimmer in addition to the articulation and the lathing and some of the ripples in the bowing of the cymbal are so unique. This era of Zildjian are among my favorite with the human touch to the cymbals. Here are some details:

• 1952 grams. Great weight for this size and era. Very versatile cymbal!
• No cracks, No keyholing, no deep or concerning flea bites. There is one edge that has some light roughness (see photos of edge). There are some common thin scratches across the surface of the cymbal here and there.
• Some scuffs, scratches and stick marks. Common dust, heavy patina, and common wear.
• The lathing is very fascinating and you can see the human element in the lathe chatter, some hammering, just beautiful. There is a very interesting bowing, sort of "hills", ripples cascading down from the bell to the edge. Hard to describe, but it has light peaks and valleys that make this so unique and I feel it contributes to the timeless sound and vibe.
• We do not clean vintage cymbals, we leave that to the choice of if the buyer.
