This Larrivee O-01 Parlor features a solid Sitka spruce top with mahogany back and sides. It plays great with low action (5/64" bass side at the 12th fret, 4/64" treble side) and the frets are in excellent shape with no wear. This guitar is in very nice shape with no wear aside from a small ding in the edge of the top by the treble side lower bout. It comes with an unoriginal Les Paul style hard shell case in excellent condition that is a little long, but fits the guitar snugly.
