Super cool little WEM amp with what appears to be the original Fane speaker.
The grille cloth alone is so cool. Reminds me of the cabs used in Pink Floyd’s live at pompei. Just a cool look with that super bright WEM logo.
originally intended only for across the pond with 240v. This one has a step up transformer wired in and mounted bottom of cabinet for use with 120v wall power. So you’re covered there.
It was recently professionally serviced.
And works great without any issues.
Has a very “British” sounding overdrive when cranked up. And nice cleans at lower volumes.
The grille cloth is a slight bit loose. And waves a bit back and forth with chords. Which is actually pretty cool looking. Like it’s breathing!
All I can think of for now. Cool little amp, but redistributing the wealth currently. So having to part with some gear etc. feel free to ask any questions.
