Peavey Tracer Nitro NOS 1980's - Blue

Built this from an NOS loaded Tracer II body and a NOS Nitro neck.
Tracer and Nitro used the same neck with some model years.

They were just decaled differently. Profiles are identical.

This one is 25.5" scale with a 12" board radius.
Narrow at the nut and slightly flat on back.
String spacing is 53mm. That would be considered a "narrow import spacing" but is def a USA model.
Not F spaced.

The neck was never drilled for a string lock, like a normal Nitro would have been, and was not drilled at the factory for mounting.
All original, or model correct parts(tuners), except for the mounting plate I made from brass.
I do not have a truss cover for it.

Original pickups and electrics on there are excellent.

The HB is very similar to a super distortion.

Single coil is alnico.
I never swap them out unless I have to.
All USA made late 1980's.
The guitar is fully set up and strung with 9's.
No case.
