There's no sound like this 1960 Fender Champ.

At some point, in the 90's, a professional put the three prong cord in, less hum in the studio.

But if you want the original shit it's all there (pictured) it sounds great as is though and has been used on many a session.

I don't know what else to say, with all musical instruments and equipment buying on the internet is a gamble, feel free to ask me anything so you feel confident in the purchase. Or better yet you drop in and play your guitar through it, here in Silverlake, California.

The Fender Champ evolved out of the Champion 600 and 800 which launched in the late '40s. Originally, the Champ was a tweed-covered 4 watt amp with a 6-inch speaker. All of these details would evolved during its production run, with a switch to a black cover coming in 1964.
