For sale is my cherished Fender Marcus Miller Signature Jazz Bass, with the serial number MX12316084 indicating its Mexican origin and 2012 manufacture date. Included in your purchase is a wheat-colored tweed (not sure if it's tweed, but it is material) hard shell case, which is not a Fender brand case. The case comes with 1 key for the lock. The case does show some minor wear consistent with its age. However, none of the wear affects its functionality. Please note that the guitar stand is not part of this sale. Despite my hesitation, I've decided to part with it as it receives less playtime compared to my other four basses, though I anticipate some seller's remorse.

This bass echoes the design of the iconic '70s Fender Jazz bass favored by Marcus Miller himself and truly lives up to its legendary status. It's a feast for the eyes, featuring a harmonious nitrocellulose finish on both body and neck, and a stunning wood grain. It boasts a factory-installed BadAss Bridge II, and it's worth noting that Fender has discontinued this model.

As its sole owner, I've treated this instrument with the utmost care, sparing it from the rigors of gigging life. It's spent more time safely in its case than out, preserving its original electronics and pristine condition, save for one minor ding that hasn't penetrated the finish. The bass is strung with LaBella Flatwounds, replacing the original strings, and I've upgraded to Schaller strap locks for added security. It's been expertly set up by Andy at Hollywood Guitar Repair for a low, swift action. This bass's preamp is a gateway to its monstrous potential, especially when paired with a pedal like the MXR bass d.i.+ which I've personally tested for a laughably powerful experience. It operates in both passive and active modes, ensuring playability even when the two batteries run low.

While I mainly play at home and occasionally at church, this bass has demonstrated its impressive range of tones even without a pedal. Don't miss the chance to own this exceptional instrument that truly delivers on its hype!

For a full price offer, I'm happy to cover the first $50 of the shipping fee. If you'd like to proceed, please pay the total amount for the bass along with the shipping costs, and I'll issue a $50 refund to you. Please note that shipping is available only within the lower 48 states; international shipping is not offered.
