These units are valued more than ever for being an amplifier that works amazingly with pedals, with which you can play at the limit of its clean ceiling to bring out all the nuances of your guitar, in addition to being the most "Plexi" Fender when you go turn up.
It has a MOD added for the "TWEED" sound, which sounds extraordinary.
It can be reversed to original state without problems, but I doubt you would want it to.
The added potentiometer is put in the first input and is activated by switching the bright knob.
In lower setting, the sound is original Bassman, and in Bright setting it adds anothe level of sound perfection.
Just use a speaker box for the sound you are after!
The Amp has NOS TUNG SOL 5881 output tubes and Brimar,Telefunken,Philips and GE vintage preamp tubes.
A spare pair of NOS 5881's is as a bonus.
I have used it in my studio ONLY for the last 20 years,no gigs played.
